FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on its size. Once we understand what you need, we send a written quote with the price and timeline, and it doesn't change unless you change the scope.

How long does a project take?

A landing page usually takes 5 to 7 days, and a digital employee or automation one to two weeks. Apps depend on their size, and the timeline is written in your quote.

How does payment work?

Half up front so we can start, and the other half on delivery. Bigger projects are split into stages.

Are there monthly fees after delivery?

Websites and stores: hosting and the domain are in your name, and monthly maintenance is optional. A digital employee has a monthly running and support fee from us, and WhatsApp message fees from Meta go on your own account. All of it is written in the quote before you start.

What does a digital employee need from me?

A WhatsApp Business number, the questions you always get with their answers, and your working hours. We handle the rest.

I already have WhatsApp Business auto-replies. What's the difference?

An auto-reply sends everyone the same message. A digital employee understands the question, answers from your information, takes the order or booking, and passes you the chats that need you.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It passes the chat to you with an alert, and goes quiet as soon as you reply.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. Tell us the problem or the idea in your own words. We turn it into a solution and walk you through every step without jargon.

Where are you based?

We're in Jubail, and we work with shops and companies across the Eastern Province and the rest of Saudi Arabia. Most of the work happens on WhatsApp, so it doesn't matter where you are.
